Dear Sir,
I beg most respectfully to state that I am a regular student of your school of class Seven. I have attended my classes in time. Suddenly I am attacked with severe headache after the fourth period. I am feeling uneasy. It is not possible for me to stay in the classroom any longer. So I need to go home.
May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me leave for the remaining periods and oblige there by.
