Subject: Prayer for increasing library facilities.
Dear Sir,
We, the students of your school, beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that our library facilities are not sufficient to meet up our demand. Now-a-days library is of great use to all the students. But it is a matter of great regret that we do not have enough facilities in our school library. These facilities are too insufficient for us. We have to prepare notes on different subjects. But the stock of books is not sufficient. Particularly, reference books and journals are quite insufficient to meet our demand. There is no arrangement of magazines and periodicals etc. On the other hand, accommodation inside the library and library hours needs to be increased especially for us, the SSC examines of this year.
May we, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to increase our library facilities as soon as possible and oblige thereby.
