My dear Surovi,
At first you take my love. I hope you are well. I am also well. You wanted to know about the sports of our school. Now I am giving you a short description about it.
Sports day is an important day for the students. The sports of our school was held on the 10th February. It was a memorable day for us. We decorated our school campus nicely with coloured paper. Many students of our school took part (অংশ গ্রহণ করল) in the decoration programme. Our programme began at 10 a.m. The Headmaster of our school inaugurated (উদ্বোধন করলেন) the programme by hoisting (উত্তোলন) national flag. Many boys and girls has took part in various events. The events were races, high jump, long jump, pillow passing, sack race, cock fighting and musical chair. I took first position in long jump and second position in 100 meter race. I got two prizes. The guardians and the local people came to watch the events of the sports day. The chief guest sat beside the headmaster. The prize giving ceremony began at 4.30 p.m. At the end of all events the chief guest gave away the prizes among the winners. At last the headmaster made a concluding speech (সমাপনী বক্তব্য) and the programme came to an end.
