Dear sir,
We the students of your school beg most respectfully to state that we have decided to arrange a fair in our school ground. This is the month of April. It is known to you that 14th April is Pahela Baishakh. It is the first day of Bangla New Year. So we want to arrange a fair in this occasion in our school ground. Now your permission is necessary to arrange the fair in the school ground. Our Bengali professor has kindly consented to guide us in this matter.
May, we therefore pray and hope that you would be kind to give us permission to arrange the fair on the school ground and oblige thereby.
