Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you regretfully that I booked a ticket for Khulna bound chair coach. But due to some unavoidable circumstances I am unable to go to Khulna on the fixed date. So, it would be a great favour to me if I could cancel the ticket. The ticket is of the coach no 26, on 18 October, 2018 and the seat booked for me is B2. I believe there would not be any inconvenience in the process as I am informing you three days before the date fixed for the journey. I would be grateful if you could consider my case, and cancel the ticket booked for me.
