Dear Sir,
I beg most respectfully to state that I am a regular student of your college of class X. My father is a government officer. But he has been transferred (বদলি হয়েছেন) from Uttara to Sylhet. Our family is going to be shifted (স্থানান্তরিত) to the new place. Here I have no relative (আত্মীয়) to reside (বাস করা) with. So it is not possible for me to continue my studies in your school. Now I am badly in need (জরুরী প্রয়োজন) of a transfer certificate.
May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to issue (সরবরাহ করা) me a transfer certificate and oblige thereby.
