Subject: Prayer for sinking a tube well
Dear sir,
We, the inhabitants of Taraganj, beg to state that our village is very populous (জনবহুল) village. It is a matter of great regret that there is no tube well in our village. So people have to fetch (আনা) drinking water from a mile away. Most of the time we have to drink impure water of the nearby ponds and canals (খাল). As a result, many people often (প্রায়ই) suffer from various diseases like diarrhoea, Cholera, dysentery (আমাশয়) and typhoid (টাইফয়েড) every year. So, we are badly in need of sinking a tube well in our village as early as possible.
May we, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to sanction (বরাদ্দ) a tube well in our village and oblige thereby.
