Co-curricular activities in our school
Introduction: The curriculum of a school is based on fixed academic activities with only books and other learning materials. But these are actually insufficient for developing students' overall skill. So they need co-curricular activities, In fact, co-curricular activities are the extension of the regular curriculum.
Co-curricular activities in our school: In our school we have different kinds of co curricular activities. These include games and sports, debate competitions, musical performances; science fair, art shows etc. We take part in these activities in our school help us develop our potential nicely.
Our Participation: In our school we have a big playing field. We play football, cricket and other outdoor games. We have a dating club and all the year round some kind of debate competition goes on. We also have an English Language Club where we practice English very effectively. On some particular occasions our school arranges science fair and art shows.
Conclusion: Co-curricular activities make us physically and mentally very active. These help us to work in teams. Debates help us to develop our leadership quality which is very essential for our future life. From English Language Club we develop our skill to use English effectively. Science fair and art shows help us to achieve success.
