Dialogue about the permission of early leave
Dialogue between you and your teacher on the permission to leave early
Tanim | : | Good morning, sir. |
Teacher | : | Good morning, Tanim. What’s about you? |
Tanim | : | Sir, today I’m required to go o home after 4th period. |
Teacher | : | Afternoon classes are very important. It is not good to remain absent from the classes. |
Tanim | : | Sir, you might have noticed that I am quite particular about attending all my classes . But today I’ve a special urgency to seek leave for the permission. |
Teacher | : | What’s that? |
Tanim | : | My elder brother will leave for London with his family today by the evening flight. So I have to remain present at home to see them off while they set out. |
Teacher | : | Does your brother live in London? |
Tanim | : | Yes sir, he is the Second Secretary in the Bangladesh High Commission in London. He came home on leave to celebrate the Eid festival with us. |
Teacher | : | Ok Tanim. I understand your case. You have a genuine cause to ask for leave. But how, do you think, you’d make up the missed lessons? |
Tanim | : | I hope. I’d pick up the missed lessons by having a discussions sitting with my elder sister. |
Teacher | : | All right then. You’re granted the short leave as you desire. |
Tanim | : | Thank you very much, sir. |
