10 Yoga is universal. It is a path on which all those who have determination may start their journey, irrespective of age, social status, belief or religion. Yoga does not contain any mysteries and is accessible to everyone. Yoga casts light on the practical and psychological sides of the problems of life and those of our spiritual conscience.
