খ. স্বজন-বিয়োগে সান্ত্বনা ও পরামর্শ প্রদান করে বন্ধুর জন্য একখানা পত্র রচনা করুন।

3. Read the following passage carefully and answer the questions below:
10 Constitution of any country is the supreme law of the land. Our constitution which was adopted on the 4th November, 1972 and enforced on the following 16th December has 153 articles framed in 11 division parts. Article 7 of part I explicitly established the supremacy of constitution above any law. Article 8-25 deal with the fundamental principles of state policies when Article 26-47 deal with the fundamental rights. Article 102 enables an aggrieved citizen to file a writ petition Niro where as article 142 deals with the amendmend of the constitution. So far 17 amendmends to the constitution have been brought forth, the last one being introduced in July 2018 which extended the tenure of 50 reserved seats for another 25 years, for women.
