Dear Sir,
I am writing this e-mail to draw your attention to the repairs which the house, urgently (জরুরীভাবে) needs. During the recent (সাম্প্রতিক) rains, the roof (ছাদ) of the house leaked (ছিদ্র হওয়া/ফুটো হওয়া) badly. The water which trickled down through the ceiling has spoiled our costly furniture. The doors and windows need repainting. The plaster has come off (খসা যাওয়া/বিচ্ছিন্ন হওয়া) at many places. If the necessary repairs are not done urgently, it is likely that more damage will be caused and it may require (প্রয়োজন হওয়া) more expenditure (খরচ) to repair the damage (ক্ষতি সাধন).
I shall grateful (কৃতজ্ঞ) to you if you carry out the necessary repair in the house at the earliest (প্রথম দিকে). Please treat it as very urgent. (দয়া করে খুব জরুরীভাবে এটি দেখবেন)
