Staff Correspondent, 20 June: Frequent
load shedding of electricity in the city has increased recently. City life is
now at a stake. Normal life in the city is being interrupted. People cannot
keep pace with their normal routine work.
Nobody can answer exactly how often this
case of load shedding occurs a day. It is uncertain when electricity will come
back if once it goes. Students and babies are the worst sufferers of this
nuisance of load shedding. Besides, the factory workers, office goers, and even
the housewives have to face difficulties.
The city is engulfed at nigh in darkness
during the load shedding. Factories and workshops come to a dead stop. Patients
in the hospitals and clinics suffer more.
