Tourist Spots in Bangladesh
Introduction: Bangladesh
is a land of beauty. But it has many places of tourist attractions (আকর্ষন). So, every
year thousands of people from the different countries visit here. The tourist
spot ()স্থান of Bangladesh may be distinguished (আলাদা/স্বতন্ত্র) in two classes. One is historical (ঐতিহাসিক) place
and the other is natural (প্রাকৃতিক) places.
Historical places: Lalbag Kella (লালবাগ কেল্লা) in Shonargaon, Mohasthangor (মহাস্থানগড়) in Bogra, Shatgombuj (ষাটগম্বুজ) Masjid in Bagerhat, Mujubnagar in Meherpur etc. are famous. These spots have become very popular to people. These places not only give us joy and refreshment (সতেজতা/বিনোদন) but also remind (মনে করিয়ে দেওয়া) us our history (ইতিহাস).
Natural Places: The Sundarbans, the biggest (সবচেয়ে বড়) sea beach of the world Cox’s Bazar, tea
gardens of Sylhet, Chittagong Hill Tracks (পাহাড়ী অঞ্চল), waterfalls (জলপ্রপাত) at Madhabkundu (মাধবকুন্ড), St.
Martin's Island, Kuakata etc. are the main tourist spots of Bangladesh. These
places have become famous not only in our country but also in abroad (বিদেশ). So, all
the time of the year many visitors visit from the different places of the home
and abroad.
Other Places: There
are many other tourists’ places in Bangladesh. Kuthi Bari (কুঠি বাড়ি) the house of
Rabindranath Tagore, Sagordari the house Michel Modhusudon Dutt, Uttara
Gonovobon in Nator etc. are also very popular and famous sight (দৃশ্য) in our country.
Problems: Whenever (যখন) a tourist visits these place, he/she has to face some problems. The main problem what the tourists face is
security (নিরাপত্তা). Another problem is lack of (অভাব) additional (অতিরিক্ত) facilities (সুযোগ সুবিধা) such as
accommodation (বাসস্থান) . The govt. should think over these problems.
Conclusion: All these tourist spots make Bangladesh a
beautiful country in the world. We can earn a lot of foreign (বৈদেশিক) money by
developing these tourist spots. Government and people should come forward (এগিয়ে আসা) to
take necessary steps (পদক্ষেপ) to make these spots more attractive (আকর্ষনীয়) to the tourists.
