for an English Language Club.
Dear Sir,
We, the students of your school, beg to state that our school is one of the biggest schools of our thana. But it is a matter of sorrow that there is no English Language Club in our school. We hardly find any opportunity (সুযোগ) to develop our spoken English for want of (অভাব) an English Language Club.
Generally, we pass our leisure time in vain (বৃথা/অনর্থক). If there is a language club, we can exercise conversation (আলাপচারিতা) in English among us in a suitable atmosphere (পরিবেশ). So, to increase (বৃদ্ধি করা) our English speaking skill (দক্ষতা) we keenly feel the necessity of setting up an English Language Club.
May
we, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary
steps (পদক্ষেপ) for the establishment (প্রতিষ্ঠা) of an English Language Club at our school and
oblige thereby.
